Landmark Properties expands purpose-build housing portfolio in Seattle

Landmark Properties has closed on the land that will become The Mark at Seattle, an off-campus apartment community to accommodate University of Washington students.

This is Landmark’s second project in the Seattle market, with The Standard at Seattle now under construction.
