Knight Frank switches to 100% renewable power

by Released

Knight Frank has entered into a contract with Total Gas and Power to purchase only 100 percent renewable power for its properties under management.

Over the term of the contract, Knight Frank’s properties will use more than 360 million kilowatt hours (or 360 Gigawatt hours) of power at a cost of more than £75 million ($97 million).

Knight Frank’s commitment to providing 100 percent renewable power will lead to a reduction of more than 100,000 metric tons of carbon dioxide equivalent (CO2e) by 2021, the equivalent to taking nearly 17,000 cars off the road over the course of the contract.
