Knight Frank bolsters U.K. occupier advisory team with senior appointments

Knight Frank has made several new hires for its U.K. occupier strategy & solutions team.

Richard Proctor, partner at Knight Frank, has been appointed head of U.K. occupier strategy & solutions, bringing together the firm’s existing occupier-facing services, including business rates, data centers, flexible office solutions, tenant representation, project management, and workplace and strategic consultancy, across its U.K. network.

With more than 27 years of tenant representation and office agency experience, Proctor remains head of London tenant representation; however, his expanded role will see him focus on the team’s growth across the United Kingdom, collaborating with the firm’s 11 commercial offices outside of London. He will be supported in his U.K. role by Julian Woolgar, who brings 28 years of tenant representation and office agency experience and 18 years at Knight Frank to the U.K. team.
