KKR-led consortium to sell Seoul office tower

Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR) and its partners have plans to sell a 23-story tower, Namsan Square, in Seoul’s central business district, according to Maeil Business News Korea.

The KKR-led consortium includes s Seoul-based fund manager IGIS Asset Management and developer SK D&D.

CBRE and Samjeong KPMG have been selected as the sales managers.

Namsan Square, located at 173 Toegye-ro, Jung-gu, Seoul, has three basement floors, 23 ground floors and a total floor area of 72,252.45 square meters (777,719 square feet).
