Kintyre to focus on innovation and technology in 2019

Kintyre, a Frankfurt, Germany-based investor and asset manager, will focus firmly on innovation and technology in 2019, as evidence by the launch in late 2018 of Kintyre DS GmbH, the firm’s vehicle for driving its digitization and innovation agenda.

In addition, responding to escalating construction costs within Germany, Kintyre has also committed to expanding its internal project management and construction team in 2019, to support and help control costs for existing clients and investment partners.

With a growth of 21 percent in assets managed by Kintyre in 2018, the firm enjoyed a fourth successive year of growth in excess of 20 percent and is now pushing the €1.5 billion ($1.7 billion) mark for real estate assets under management.
