Kingboard to buy London office for €342m
Hong Kong investor Kingboard Holdings has invested in 2 London Wall Place Central London from independent third parties for £293.6 million (€342.0 million/$360.3 million) in a filing with the Hong Kong stock exchange.
Brookfield is listed as one of the sellers, reported media outlets.
The 16-story building totals 187,200 square feet of class A office space and 1,500 square feet of retail space. About 96 percent of the leasable area of the office space and 100 percent of the retail space of the property is currently being leased out.
