Kildare Nordic Acquisitions S.à r.l, a private limited company ultimately owned by Kildare European Partners II, a fund that is advised by an affiliate of Kildare Holdings, has launched a €729.7 million ($855.29 million) bid for Technopolis Plc.
Technopolis is a shared workspace expert. It provides efficient and flexible offices, coworking spaces. Its 17 campuses host 1,600 companies with 50,000 employees in six countries within the Nordic and Baltic Sea region.
The board of directors of Technopolis unanimously decided to recommend that the shareholders of Technopolis accept the tender offer.
