by Andrea Zander

Kennedy Wilson has bought Vasona Technology Park, a six-building complex near the corner of Winchester Boulevard and East Hacienda Avenue in Campbell, Calif., which totals 267,476 square feet, according to media outlets.

The sales price was $147.3 million. Kaiser Permanente is the anchor tenant. Other tenants include ChargePoint, electric vehicle charging company; Creganna Medical, a provider of technologies and services to medical companies; and Imperative Care, a biotechnology firm specializing in stroke care technologies.

The seller was an alliance of Santa Monica, Calif.–based Vista Investment Group and Newport Beach, Calif.–based PIMCO, which bought the office campus in 2018 for $113.3 million.
