MLI UK, JR Capital’s United Kingdom investment fund, has raised £25 million ($31 million) toward its target of £100 million ($126 million).
The fund, which has a five-year lifespan, looks to acquire a geographically diverse asset portfolio of multi-let industrial developments across the United Kingdom.
It received capital commitments from investors in the Middle East.
