Joy City Property has sold the 349-room, five-star W Hotel Beijing Chang’an to Tianfu Fund Management for $302 million.
The W Hotel Beijing Chang’an is located at no. 2, Jianguomen South Street, Chaoyang District, Beijing, and comprises 21 floors with five levels underground and a total site area of approximately 72,616 square feet and a total gross floor area of approximately 676,027 square feet.
W Hotels is a luxury hotel chain operated by Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, a unit of Marriott International.
