JLL names Jordan Kostelac as new proptech director
JLL has appointed Jordan Kostelac as the director of Proptech in Asia Pacific. Based in Hong Kong, Kostelac’s appointment is part of the firm’s global strategic vision to drive digital innovation in real estate. He will report to Albert Ovidi, COO of JLL Asia Pacific.
In his new role, Kostelac will work with internal and external stakeholders in pushing continuous innovation within and beyond the company. He will focus on exploring emerging technologies, leading the firm’s tech-based incubator programs and showcases, as well as creating and deploying tech-enabled business models and products for clients.

Since joining JLL, Kostelac has spent three years as a workplace strategy and change management consultant. He has helped many of the firm’s largest global clients, including HSBC, Johnson & Johnson, Standard Chartered Bank and AIA, to navigate and better understand the evolving nature of work.
With nearly 20 years of interdisciplinary experience from FMCG operations management and process improvement consulting, Kostelac has a proven track record of success in aligning multinational corporations’ operational requirements with technology partners. He holds a degree in Communication Technology Management and a master of business administration.
