JLL names Eric Pang as head of capital markets, China

Global real estate firm JLL has appointed Eric Pang as head of capital markets for China, effective January 2021. In his new role, Pang will oversee JLL’s centralized capital markets team in China, assuming oversight for the firm’s real estate investment services to domestic and international clients across all sectors, including sales, advisory and financing.

To be based in Beijing, Pang will relocate from JLL’s London office. Since 2015, he has served as lead director for the firm’s U.K.-China business group, providing investment advisory and solutions to facilitate cross-border capital flows between the United Kingdom, European Union and key Asia Pacific geographies, including China.
