Japanese investor to buy North San Jose office campus for $429m
Tokyo-based developer and real estate investor Mori Trust affiliate MT Silicon Valley One has plans to acquire a three-building office campus in San Jose from Menlo Park–based Lane Partners for $429 million, according to the San Jose Mercury News.
The all-cash deal for the 604,000-square-foot property that’s fully leased to Micron Technology would rank as Silicon Valley’s largest so far in 2019.
