Jadwa Investment launches real estate development fund in Middle East

Jadwa Investment, an investment management and advisory firm in the Middle East, has launched a new fund in partnership with Dar Al Majed Real Estate Company and Arab National Bank.

Al Dar Investment Fund 2 is a closed-end Shariah-compliant real estate development fund with a target size of SAR 1 billion ($266 million). The fund will seek to acquire multiple land plots across prime locations in Riyadh and develop them into residential apartment complexes targeting mid-to-high income households.

The previous Al Dar Investment Fund was launched in the first quarter 2021 with the same target size of SAR 1 billion ($266 million).
