Jadian Capital launches new real estate fund

Jadian Capital, a New York City–based real estate investment firm, has launched a new real estate fund, Jadian Real Estate Fund I, according to a filing with the SEC. The firm did not comment on its fundraising efforts.

Jadian Capital targets opportunities throughout the capital structures of real estate–related assets and companies. The firm seeks real estate opportunities in non-real estate sectors or businesses in areas overlooked by traditional investors. The firm follows an opportunistic, value-oriented approach.

Jarret Cohen formed Jadian Capital in August 2017. He was formerly head of private real estate at Fir Tree Partners.
