Italian logistics hub changes hands

An alternative real estate investment fund managed by Kryalos has acquired a logistics property located in Fara Olivana, in the province of Bergamo, Italy. The building serves as the new logistics hub for Magris, a major Italian company in the B2B distribution of cleaning products.

Magris developed the property in 2020 and has now signed a long-term lease. Dils acted as broker in the sale and leaseback of the property.

The asset is located in the Greater Milan area, along the A35 BreBeMi motorway connecting the cities of Brescia and Milan. Major national and international companies in the retail, supermarket and ecommerce sectors also recently chose the A35 motorway as the location for their new logistics hubs. The grade A property has a gross letting area of more than 20,000 square meters (215,278 square feet).
