Investor views on Europe’s logistics sector

Ecommerce trends have benefited the logistics sector for years, with the pandemic only accelerating growth in the sector and investor interest in their quest for safe-haven assets. But geopolitical concerns, ongoing supply-chain issues and modernization needs continue to weigh on the sector. Given this, how can investors attain upsized risk-adjusted returns in the space?

These issues were addressed in a recent virtual roundtable with institutional investors, consultants and investment managers held by Institutional Real Estate, Inc. on the European industrial and logistics sector.
