As bank lending tightens on the heels of numerous interest rate hikes and recent U.S. and Swiss regional bank collapses, refinancing could become a greater issue for real estate investors globally. How should investors think about diversification when they construct their portfolio? Do the benefits of international investing outweigh the risks?
