Invesco Real Estate acquires Dutch residential development

Invesco Real Estate has acquired two residential buildings in Holland Park, located in the Netherlands.

The seller was Bergwijkstadspark BV.

The 30,000-square-meter (323,000-square-foot) residential development is located nine kilometers (6 miles) southeast of Amsterdam.

Completion of the complex is anticipated for year-end 2021.

The forward-funded development is the second residential asset for Invesco Real Estate’s pan-European flagship strategy and part of its growing pan-European residential program. Invesco acquired Mainwald, a housing complex in Frankfurt, Germany, in 2018 as the first residential asset for this strategy.
