INPRS makes two first-time investments

by Andrea Zander

The $42.4 billion Indiana Public Retirement System (INPRS) has made two first-time investments, totaling $150 million.

Approximately $50 million was invested into the Related Affordable Housing Fund, which acquires, operates and preserves workforce and affordable housing properties throughout the United States.

And $100 million was committed to Ambrose Fund IV, an opportunistic equity industrial fund focused on speculative and build-to-suit projects. The fund is looking to develop industrial, logistics, and e-commerce real estate throughout the United States.
