The Indiana Public Retirement System (INPRS) has committed $75 million to Carlyle Europe Realty Fund II (CER II), an opportunistic real estate fund managed by The Carlyle Group.

CER II opened to investors in July 2021. It will invest in hotel, logistics, multifamily, retail and student housing assets in France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain and the United Kingdom.

As of August 2022, CER II had raised more than €250.68 million ($264.34 million) of equity commitments against an unknown fundraising target.
