Ilkka Tomperi has been appointed partner and COO at CapMan Real Estate as of Feb. 1, 2023.
He joins CapMan from construction company YIT, where he served as executive vice president, property development and member of the management team. He previously worked at Varma as investment director, head of real estate. Before Varma, he was partner at CapMan, where he had a central role in the establishment of a Nordic organization at CapMan Real Estate and the first pan-Nordic real estate fund.
