The Golden Mile Complex, a commercial and residential development, providing offices, shopping, entertainment services and apartment living in Kallang, Singapore, has been put up for sale in its second collective sale attempt with a S$800 million ($584 million) asking price, reported The Business Times.
The previous attempt to sell the property ended in July 2019. The reserve price for the sale remains the same as its previous attempt.
