Hugh Elrington joins Barwood Capital

Barwood Capital, the Northampton, U.K.–based real estate investment and development business, has appointed Hugh Elrington as a board director and head of property.

Previously, Elrington was the head of U.K. transactions at Rockspring. Prior to that he was managing partner at Pensus Funds Management from 2006 to 2008. From 2001 to 2006, he was senior director, EMEA investment at CB Richard Ellis, and from 1995 to 2001, he was U.K. investment director at St Quintin and Insignia Richard Ellis.
