Hines and investment partners Cresset-Diversified QOZ Fund and Levy Family Partners have delivered Houston’s tallest residential tower, Brava, situated on the former Houston Chronicle site.

The 46-story, 373-unit luxury high-rise is set to open at its location in Houston’s downtown in the fourth quarter of 2022, according to Multi-Housing News. Construction on the project began in March 2019.

Brava consists of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units between 628 and 2,926 square feet. The building also includes 10 penthouse units ranging from 1,739 to 2,927 square feet, in addition to a number of amenities, such as a sky deck with private dining room and catering kitchen, a coffee bar, on-site storage, a business center, private cabanas, and a fitness center.

The property is near the city’s arts district, CBD and historic district.
