Hines appoints Tim Jowett to lead research In Asia

Hines has appointed Tim Jowett as managing director, head of Asia research.

In this new role, Jowett will leverage Hines’ proprietary research framework, including spot price–based return forecasts as well as next-gen risk and locational analytics, among other tools. His work will support business and investment opportunities across the region and for the firm’s Asia-focused funds.

Jowett will construct the Hines outlook for commercial real estate market fundamentals and pricing, a key contributor to investment strategy. He will be based in Hong Kong.
