Henley brings on new U.S. investment director

Henley USA, part of Henley Investment Management, has appointed Rodrigo Mansur as U.S. investment director, based in the firm’s Boston office.

Mansur joins from Tishman Speyer, where he focused on office, residential, life sciences and senior living core and value-add acquisitions. Prior to that, he spent more than five years at HSBC Alternative Investments, where he was responsible for bringing new real estate investments to market.

In his new role at Henley, Mansur will work with the U.S. investment team to source, underwrite and execute new acquisitions for the firm, focusing on opportunities in the multifamily market. He will also oversee the firm’s U.S. asset management system.
