Harworth Group moves forward with 350,000 sf commercial development in Leicestershire, England

Harworth Group, a leading regenerator of land and property for development and investment, is planning to develop more than 350,000 square feet of commercial floorspace at its 53-acre Bardon Hill site in Leicestershire, England.

The Bardon Hill site was acquired by Harworth last April as a strategic land purchase. The group is planning to build five new industrial units, which can be developed for manufacturing, distribution and roadside uses. It is located near the Bardon Hill Industrial Estate, which includes tenants such as Barratt Homes, Laura Ashley and Eddie Stobart.

The developments will bring Harworth’s commercial land pipeline to more than 10 million square feet of space across the United Kingdom.
