Harris Associates, on behalf of Southern Grove and Tadhamon Capital, has plans to sell a 2,000 plus-bed PBSA portfolio across five UK assets in Nottingham, Guildford, Colchester, Sheffield and Loughborough, according to multiple European outlets.
The Future (Portfolio) comprises a mixture of cluster en suites, studios, townhouses, and one- to three-bedroom apartments. Amenities include roof terraces, outdoor wellness areas, lounges, and study hubs, reported Development Finance Today.
