Hamilton Point Investments launches sixth real estate fund
Hamilton Point Investments (HPI), a real estate private equity investment company that owns and manages multifamily apartment properties, has begun raising capital for its sixth fund, HPI Real Estate Fund VI.

The predecessor fund, HPI Real Estate Fund V closed with $115 million at the end of 2017.
Hamilton Point has completed more than 60 real estate investments totaling 12,000 apartment units and $1.1 billion of value. Over 30 of these properties have subsequently been sold, all profitably. The properties owned by HPI and affiliated entities are managed by wholly owned Hamilton Poi
