GreenPoint Partners expands European mobility logistics platform with car park buy
GreenPoint Partners, an alternatives firm investing at the intersection of real assets, technology and sustainability, has paid £305 million ($368 million) to acquire a car park portfolio in the United Kingdom.
The portfolio, which contains 37 car park facilities in convenient city center locations across the United Kingdom, consists of nearly 15,000 spaces with a concentration in major cities such as London, Manchester, Liverpool, Bristol and Birmingham.
GreenPoint plans to work with NCP, the United Kingdom’s largest car park operator that primarily operates the portfolio, to identify and execute on opportunities to enhance operations, implement new electric vehicle infrastructure and introduce technology-enabled services to the portfolio.
