Grainger appoints Tom Henry as national acquisitions director

Grainger, the United Kingdom’s largest listed residential landlord, has appointed Tom Henry as national acquisitions director. He will be responsible for helping drive further growth in Grainger’s £1.2 billion ($1.5 billion) investment plan into the U.K. private rented sector and build to rent sector.

Previously, Henry was at LaSalle Investment Management, where he was residential fund manager, investing in build to rent and the private rental sector. Prior to that, he worked at Jones Lang LaSalle and King Sturge, and has more than 16 years of real estate experience.
