Goldman Sachs has placed Blanchardstown Center, located in Dublin, on the market, with a sales price between €650 million and €725 million ($698 million and $779 million), local media outlets reported.
The Irish Times reports the owner has appointed real estate investment bank Eastdil Secured and CBRE to find a buyer.
The Blanchardstown Centre is one of Ireland’s largest shopping centers, spanning 112,000 square meters (1.2 million square feet), 180 stores, three retail parks and a 7,000-space car park. Tenants include Penneys, Marks & Spencer and a new Nike concept store that opened last month.
Goldman Sachs acquired the Blanchardstown Centre for about €750 million ($806 million) in December 2020.
