Australian company New Energy Solar has reached a binding agreement to sell its U.S. solar-farm portfolio totaling 606 megawatts to Goldman Sachs subsidiary’s MN8 Energy for $244.5 million.
The portfolio totals 14 solar farms in the United States.
The sale remains subject to shareholder approval, with a meeting to take place Sept. 26.
