Goldman Sachs has acquired Croxley Park in Watford, United Kingdom, from Columbia Threadneedle for £400 million ($483 million), according to media outlets.
It also includes a 40-year lease to Watford Borough Council. The council first got approval to lease the 725,000-square-foot business park from Columbia Threadneedle in January 2019.
