Global One launches second real estate fund
Global One Investment has launched its second real estate fund, Global One Real Estate Fund II, according to a filing with the SEC. The fund hopes to raise $150 million in equity commitments.
The closed-end Global One Real Estate Fund II has a core-plus/value-added investment style and will target mixed-use and multifamily properties in New York City. With leverage, the fund is expected to have total buying power of approximately $450 million.
Properties in Global One’s current portfolio include 275 South St. in Lower Manhattan; Promenade Apartments in Upper Manhattan; Atlantic Plaza Towers in Brooklyn; and the Lafayette Boynton apartments in the Pelham Bay and Soundview sections of the Bronx.
