Frasers Property has appointed Lim Hua Tiong as CEO for Frasers Property Vietnam.
Lim brings with him close to 20 years of experience in the real estate and finance sectors. He was most recently Chief Executive Officer, Vietnam for CFLD International, and prior to that, General Manager of Vietnam for CapitaLand.
Frasers Property’s presence in Vietnam includes its investment in Me Linh Point Tower, a 21-story retail and commercial development in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. In 2018, the Group launched its maiden mixed-use development in Vietnam – Q2 Thao Dien, a commercial-residential development in Ho Chi Minh City that has notched 90 percent sales of launched residential units as at March 31, 2019.
