The State Board of Administration (SBA) of Florida has disclosed several real estate investments spanning the core, opportunistic and value-add spectrum.
The pension fund invested around $89 million in an account managed by Invesco Advisors; $61 million in an account managed by MetLife Investment Management; and $17 million and $9 million in accounts managed by L&B Realty Advisors. All were existing managers for SBA Florida.
The Townsend Group served as real estate consultant.
