EXCLUSIVE — Civitas Capital Group appoints Jeff Gardner as managing director, head of capital raising, investor relations and fund management

Jeff Gardner has joined Civitas Capital Group as managing director, head of capital raising, investor relations and fund management.

Civitas is an institutional private equity real estate fund sponsor and local operator focused on niche opportunities across the United States. This is the first dedicated institutional fundraiser the firm has hired to support the continued growth of its strategies and global investor base.

Gardner will divide his time between Civitas’ headquarters in Dallas and New York City, where the firm will be opening an office.
