Evolve Estates acquires Lichfield’s largest shopping center

by Andrea Zander

Evolve Estates, a subsidiary of LCP Group, has acquired Three Spires Shopping Centre in Lichfield, England, a cathedral city and civil parish in Staffordshire.

The open-air shopping center attracts 9.9 million shoppers a year and provides more than 70,000 square feet of retail floor space for 43 retailers.  The new owner plans to build a cinema.

“Lichfield is an affluent and thriving city that has good footfall from local shoppers and tourists throughout the year. Three Spires is a safe, pedestrianized center that has a wealth of quality names already,” said Sebastian Macdonald-Hall the director of Evolve.

It is the firm’s biggest retail acquisition thus far in 2022.
