ESR announces key organizational changes and senior hires

On Monday, IREI reported Charles de Portes is stepping down as president of ESR Cayman and thereafter will continue as board director (non-executive), chairman emeritus of ESR’s Capital Committee and will remain a key shareholder of ESR.

“After 20 years in logistics real estate in Asia, and prior to that in Europe, I have decided that at the end of this year is the right time to transition to non-executive board member,” said de Portes. “Doing so will allow more time to pursue long-held interests in charitable activities and giving back to the community while remaining supportive of ESR as chairman emeritus of the Capital Committee, board member and shareholder for years to come.
