Stockholm-based EQT Real Estate has announced plans to take control of Swedish logistics property firm Stendörren through a voluntary cash offer of €274 million ($309 million).
Stendörren owns, manages and develops industrial and logistics properties located in the Greater Stockholm and Mälardalen areas.
The large number of unused building rights offers an opportunity to further develop its property portfolio, which is well in line with the EQT Real Estate strategy to invest in assets with development potential.
