Empira Group starts EMPIRA Residential Invest U.S. fund

Empira Group has launched EMPIRA Residential Invest US (ERI US), a dedicated U.S. real estate fund in accordance with Article 8 of the European Union’s Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation aimed at institutional investors.

The investment volume is expected to be $600 million at an annual return of 13.5 percent (IRR). The fund focuses on U.S. multifamily real estate in major Sun Belt cities and their neighboring metropolitan areas in Arizona, Texas and Florida, and follows a develop-and-hold strategy. Ready-to-build sites are acquired for the construction of residential properties, and the completed units are held in the portfolio long term. This allows the fund to generate attractive returns and regular distributions during the holding phase. All real estate projects will be certified in accordance with LEED standards.
