Empira Group expands U.S. team with addition of senior capital raising professional Michael Bennett

Empira Group, a Swiss-based institutional real estate investment firm, has appointed of Michael Bennett as director of client solutions, United States.

With more than 15 years of experience raising more than $5 billion in equity capital at leading investment companies, Bennett’s diversified set of skills and strong institutional capital relationships will be an asset to Empira Group as it continues to expand and unlock broader opportunities in the United States and beyond.

Throughout his career, Bennett has successfully driven capital raising processes for investors in multifamily, industrial, office, student housing and life science asset classes in the United States and Europe. He specializes in structuring capital partnerships with funds, programmatic joint ventures, and large, complex direct asset transactions.
