Empira acquires development project in Munich

The Empira Group has acquired a residential project in Munich.

The Langes Land urban district was developed by CA Immo in cooperation with the city of Munich as a new, contemporary home for more than 2,000 residents in the north of the city. The project will create residential space in the highly sought-after Bavarian state capital to meet high demand.

The Langes Land complex will be created in the Munich-Feldmoching neighborhood along Ratold – and Raheinstraße, with tram and underground train stations nearby, and will feature a retail and convenience-store network.
