Empira acquires development project in Munich

The Empira Group has acquired a residential project in Munich.

The Langes Land urban district was developed by CA Immo in cooperation with the city of Munich as a new, contemporary home for more than 2,000 residents in the north of the city. The project will create residential space in the highly sought-after Bavarian state capital to meet high demand.

The Langes Land complex will be created in the Munich-Feldmoching neighborhood along Ratold – and Raheinstraße, with tram and underground train stations nearby, and will feature a retail and convenience-store network. The provide for 925 residential units with a total floor are8a of 90,500 square meters (974,134 square feet) on a site area of 66,280 square meters (713,432 square feet). In addition to the apartments, the complex will accommodate three daycare facilities and six commercial units. Public green areas are planned in addition to comprehensive public-access routes.
