Elion Partners, a vertically integrated institutional alternative investment manager focused on industrial and logistics real estate, has completed a first closing for its Elion Industrial Fund II.
The fund secured $285.5 million against its fundraising target of $750 million, IREI has learned.
Elion Industrial Fund II launched in November 2021. The value-add strategy fund is focused on U.S. last-mile logistics real estate, targeting core urban logistics hubs near large population centers in infill coastal markets.
The firm declined to comment on its fundraising activity.
