Elanor Investors Group, an Australian real estate funds management business, has launched a recapitalization of its Elanor HealthCare Real Estate Fund (EHREF) in partnership with an Asian-based institutional real estate investor, according to multiple news sources.
EHREF was established in 2020 to provide wholesale investors with access to the strong and resilient income provided by healthcare property investments. The fund invests in commercial healthcare real estate assets, including multi-tenanted medical centers and day surgeries. The fund consists of six multi-tenanted healthcare assets anchored by private day surgeries, according to Elanor’s website. The assets have a combined value of A$267.5 million ($181.8 million).
According to reports, the new partnership establishes a new core mandate to invest in Australian healthcare real estate assets, focused on growing EHREF and introducing additional institutional investors.
