MN, one of the largest pension administrators and asset managers of and for Dutch pension funds, has purchased a multitenant office building in the Netherlands from Sechzigste Sachwert Holland GmbH & Co KG.
The purchase was made on behalf of PMT, the Dutch pension fund for the metalworking and mechanical engineering industry in the Netherlands. A transaction amount was not disclosed.
The office building WTC Arnhem – De Rijntoren is comprised of 10,836 square meters (116,637 square feet), spread out over 16 floors, including the ground floor.
It is located in the Rhine Tower, a landmark in the office hotspot, next to the Arnhem Central Station.
The building is let to 17 different tenants and has an EPC Label A, meeting the 2030 energy performance standard that was established in the Netherlands in 2018.
