Dune Real Estate Partners bolsters investment team with five new hires

Dune Real Estate Partners, a New York City–based real estate investment firm, has expanded its team with the hiring of five investment professionals in the United States.

Bianca Tomkoria and Garrett Criden have joined Dune in Los Angeles as vice president and associate of the investment team, respectively. The Los Angeles–based investment team is responsible for sourcing and executing transactions across the western United States. Dune has been actively investing in the western region since 2007.

Dune also hired a seasoned business development professional and two investment associates in New York City.

Amar Jhaveri, CFA, CAIA, has joined Dune as vice president of capital markets in New York City. In this new role, Jhaveri will work closely with Julie Brenton, head of investor relations, to identify, develop and support relationships within the institutional investor community. Patrick Farrell and Irwin Tejeda have joined Dune as associates in New York City.
