Quadrangle Development has filed plans with Herndon's Planning Commission to build 1.5 million-square-foot on the Fairbrook Park site in Herndon, Va., including two office buildings and two residential buildings, RestonNow first reported.
The company plans to build four buildings with 1.5 million square feet of development. The project consists of two high-rise office buildings, a third residential building with ground-floor retail next to a public gateway plaza, and the fourth building will be primarily for residential use.
